DELIVERY
All in stock items will be posted out to you within 1-4 working days via Royal Mail. We understand the need for privacy, and all items will be discreetly packaged. Postage is calculated based on the actual weight of your order with the choice of first class recorded or special delivery. Most of our items fall into the first three weight categories.

A signature will be required upon delivery.
The cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 12pm Mon-Fri. Any items ordered for Next Day Delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted out the following Monday. We use the Next Day Delivery guaranteed by 1pm Monday-Friday service.
We do offer overseas postage using the international signed for airmal service which takes 3-10 days. A signature will be required upon delivery.
We will never pass on any of your contact information to third parties.
RETURNS
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, no returns can be accepted on stockings, socks, tights, legwarmers or any item of lingerie including bras, briefs, thongs and lingerie sets.
If you wish to return any other item, please notify us and we will give you the address to return your item to. A replacement or refund can then be sent out to you. If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, we will ask you to pay the postage to have a different size sent out to you if you want an exchange. Returns must be made within 7 days of reciept of your order. Please note that we inspect all items before refunding you - if they have been damaged, or are not in their original packaging (unless tissue wrapped) we will be unable to refund you.
MISSING ITEMS
If, for any reason, an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and offered either a refund or to have the item placed on back order and posted out to you when it arrives free of charge. Most items should arrive within 1-7 days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, please notify us and we will look into it with royal mail. Unfortunately due to their policies, we cannot investigate any sooner.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, please notify us within 7 days of placing it and if your order has not yet been sent out, we will give you a full refund. If it has been dispatched to you, we will refund you the cost of the goods less postage once your parcel has been returned to us.
